Italian Greyhound, often called IG for short, is the smallest of the sighthound family. This tiny and elegant dog delights in track racing as well as lure coursing - and tends to be a sight in the agility course with is longer-than-life jumps. On the other hand, it loves nothing more than to cuddle between warm blankets near its favorite people and forget about the cold world outside. IG is an ancient breed, but the first specimens arrived to Finland during the 60s, numbering about 300 today. This special little dog resembles potato chips to its fanciers, one piece is seldom enough!
